Our owner Jeff Moore grew up in Miss.- always wanting to own his own business just as his father had done. Jeff Graduated from University of Miss. with a BBA Degree. On Aug. 15 1988, Jeff was hired at a Company Owned Firestone Store in Kingsport, TN., where he was trained in automotive services and learned more about the industry over the course of 6 1/2 years. In 1995 came an opportunity to build his own Firestone Tire Store in the Gray Community and in the first year of business Jeff never took a day off from work because he was determined to have one of the Best Tire And Automotive Repair Stores in the Tri-Cities Area. In 1996 Jeff hired Todd Harless as Service Manager. Todd was also ASE Certified, which is why Jeff entrusted him to the position of shop manager. He has been doing an incredible job ever since and is a valued member of our team. Our team is filled with both friends and family, including Jeff's wife Debbie and daughter Andrea who work in the office. If you're ever visiting our shop, make sure to pop in and say hi to them!
